when “close” is not close enough
Each of our Laser Graders was custom built to our specifications maintaining the tightest tolerances possible. Our blade assembly is attached to the main body frame and “pushed” by the rear, or drive wheels instead of being “pulled” by the front axle. This setup provides a far more stable blade than a traditional style motor grader, holding a grade tolerance of +/- 1/4” over any area using any material. When grading a fine material, the end product is usually results in a much tighter tolerance
3-D AutoCAD Terrain Shaping technology provides us with a unique workflow for developing grading proposals in AutoCAD.
The primary goal of this effort is to provide a holistic approach to terrain shaping that allows users to go from concept to completion using the same model. The intent is to facilitate the development of comprehensive grading plans that can be revised throughout the project
